    Choose this when one conversation is not enough. During a series of three sessions, we will work through your situation, shape a plan, and follow through with support and accountability. Sessions are typically spaced every two weeks.

  • This is a private advisory engagement for senior leaders navigating important decisions and inflection points. Conversations are candid and direct, with space to think, talk things through, and move forward with clarity.
